Admissions tests Vittoria Upper Secondary s.y. 2026/27
The school administers annual admission tests, offering a first session in January to meet the deadlines set by the Italian Ministry, and a second make-up session in the second half of June, primarily intended for students relocating from other schools. The June session is confirmed depending on the availability of remaining places in each class.
The admission tests for the 2026/27 school year are scheduled as follows:
First session:
- 13 January 2026 – 15:00 to 17:00
- 14 January 2026 – 15:00 to 17:00
Second session:
- 17 June 2026 – 15:00 to 17:00
- 18 June 2026 – 15:00 to 17:00
The relevance of the tests varies according to the programme chosen. More specifically:
UPPER SECONDARY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (ICE Programme – Years 1–2; IBDP – Years 3–4)
Passing the admission test is mandatory for enrollment.
Please note that access to the ICE Programme requires a minimum English proficiency level of B1. The admission ranking refers to the January session; results from the June tests supplement the January ranking based on the availability of any remaining places. For the ICE Programme, it is further specified that students coming from the Junior Middle School have enrollment priority and are exempt from admission tests.
FOUR-YEAR INTERNATIONAL LINGUISTIC HIGH SCHOOL (Cambridge IGCSE)
The admission test serves an orientational rather than selective purpose. Please note that enrollment in the four-year programme requires a minimum English proficiency level of A2. For students who do not hold an official language certificate, the admission test serves as a reference for evaluating their language level.
FIVE-YEAR EUROPEAN LINGUISTIC UPPER HIGH SCHOOL
The admission test also has an orientational and non-selective purpose; however, the school strongly recommends taking the tests, as they can help identify any learning gaps and allow the student to present themselves, outlining their learning style and study approach.
Admission tests include:
