April at the Liceo and VIS: meetings, remembrance and career guidance

April saw a series of educational sessions take place at the Liceo Europeo and VIS, both inside and outside the classroom.

The Year 7 classes took part in a session with the Libera Association on education in the rule of law, addressing topics such as the code of silence, fear and justice. As part of their citizenship education, they also attended the session entitled ‘Judaism explained to friends’.

Year 4 Class B went to Milan for the "Drive with Your Head" project, organised in partnership with Autostrade per l'Italia and the Osservatorio for Independent Thinking. The event was attended by Arrigo Giana, CEO of Autostrade per l'Italia, and Paralympic athlete Ambra Sabatini. Our students stood out for the interesting questions they asked the speakers. On the same day, the class visited the Shoah Memorial.

Over the past few weeks, the students have also taken part in a series of interviews as part of the "Career Guidance" project.

Good luck to the VIS students who have started their ICE and IB exams 🍀
