A farewell full of emotion: graduation of high school final classes

Yesterday, with great emotion and participation, the last graduation ceremony of the school year took place, dedicated to the final classes of our secondary school: the 5th class of the Liceo Europeo, the 4th class of the Liceo Quadriennale and the 2nd class of the International Baccalaureate.

After the opening speech by Headmistress Marcella Bodo, the high school and IB parent representatives spoke.

Schooling is not only about study and achievement, but also the ability to pick oneself up and remain true to oneself, without ever ceasing to cultivate one's dreams.

A musical intervention by a high school student followed. This was followed by the presentation of diplomas and special awards.

Excellences of the year

Three students were awarded with a plaque for achieving the best score, and each of them gave a speech on behalf of their peers.

Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award: a historic first

The ceremony also saw a very significant moment: the official recognition of the students who completed the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Gold Award, a first in the history of our school. Rachel, coordinator of the programme, congratulated the participants for combining formal study with a prestigious path of non-formal education with determination and courage.

After the traditional throwing of tokens in the courtyard, the ceremony ended with a convivial moment of toasts and photographs.

To our graduates, we extend our warmest wishes for the journey ahead: keep shining! ๐ŸŒŸ
